Posted on Jan 29, 2024I'm having trouble assembling the BESTÅ storage combination with drawers. The instructions are unclear and I'm not sure how to attach the hinges to the doors. Can you provide more detailed assembly instructions or a video tutorial that shows the process step by step?

Answered on Jan 31, 2024To attach the hinges to the doors on the BESTÅ storage combination:
1. Locate the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the door frames where the hinges will be mounted.
2. Position the hinges over the pre-drilled holes, making sure the hinges are oriented correctly. The hinges should open in the desired direction.
3. Secure the hinges to the door frames using the screws provided in the hardware pack. Tighten the screws fully.
4. With the hinges attached to the doors, align the doors to the cabinet frame and attach the other side of the hinges to the cabinet. Adjust the hinges as needed to ensure the doors open and close properly.
5. Test the door movement and make any final adjustments to the hinge positioning for smooth operation.

Answered on May 10, 2023The BESTÅ storage combination you have does not come with customizable drawer handles. The handles are integrated into the drawers and are part of the Stubbarp design in the anthracite color. While IKEA does offer a wide range of handles and knobs that can be purchased separately to customize other BESTÅ units, this particular model does not have that flexibility. The drawers on this combination have the push-opener function, so there are no separate handles to replace. Your options for customization are limited with this pre-configured BESTÅ storage unit
