Posted on Dec 06, 2023I've assembled the BESTÅ storage combination, but I'm having trouble with one of the doors. The door is not opening properly and there's a bit of a gap between the door and the frame when it's closed. Is there a way to adjust the hinges or is this a common issue?

Answered on Dec 08, 2023The issue you're experiencing with the door on your BESTÅ storage combination is a common one, but fortunately it can be easily fixed by adjusting the hinges. The hinges on BESTÅ units are designed to be adjustable, allowing you to fine-tune the alignment of the doors.
To adjust the hinges, first make sure the door is closed. Then, locate the adjustment screws on the hinges - there are usually two or three per hinge. Using a screwdriver, you can turn these screws to shift the door horizontally, vertically, or in-and-out to get the perfect fit and eliminate any gaps.
