Posted on Sep 29, 2023I am having trouble with the door hinges on my BESTÅ storage combination. The doors are not aligning properly and it seems like one side is slightly higher than the other. How do I adjust the hinges to ensure proper alignment?

Answered on Oct 01, 2023To adjust the hinges on your BESTÅ storage combination and ensure proper door alignment:
1. First, locate the adjustment screws on the hinges. There are typically two adjustment screws - one for horizontal adjustment and one for vertical adjustment.
2. Using a screwdriver, turn the horizontal adjustment screw clockwise to move the door inward or counterclockwise to move it outward. This will help align the door with the cabinet frame.
3. For vertical adjustment, turn the vertical adjustment screw clockwise to move the door up or counterclockwise to move it down. This will help level the door.
4. Make small adjustments, checking the alignment after each turn of the screws. Go slowly and make sure not to overtighten.
5. Once the door is properly aligned, you can also adjust the soft-closing function by turning the small screw on the hinge if needed.
Take your time and make gradual adjustments until the door is level and aligned correctly within the cabinet frame
