Posted on Feb 26, 2023I have a BESTÅ storage combination with drawers and doors, but the drawers are slightly misaligned. How do I adjust the hinges to ensure they open and close smoothly?

Answered on Feb 28, 2023To adjust the drawers on your BESTÅ storage combination:
1. First, open the drawers fully to access the hinges.
2. Locate the adjustment screws on the hinges. There are typically two screws - one for horizontal adjustment and one for vertical adjustment.
3. Use a screwdriver to turn the horizontal adjustment screw clockwise to move the drawer inward or counterclockwise to move it outward. This will help align the drawer front.
4. For vertical adjustment, turn the vertical adjustment screw clockwise to move the drawer up or counterclockwise to move it down. This will help level the drawer.
5. Make small adjustments, testing the drawer after each turn of the screws, until the drawer is properly aligned and opens and closes smoothly.
6. Repeat this process for any other misaligned drawers.
The adjustable hinges on the BESTÅ allow you to fine-tune the drawer alignment to get a perfect fit. Take your time and make gradual adjustments until you achieve the desired result
