Answered on Nov 18, 2022To adjust the hinges on the BESTÅ storage combination so the doors align properly with the shelves, follow these steps:
1. Locate the two hinges on the back of each door. There should be a small screw or adjustment knob on each hinge.
2. Using a screwdriver or your fingers, turn the adjustment screws/knobs slightly to move the door horizontally or vertically as needed. Turn them clockwise to move the door outward and counterclockwise to move it inward.
3. Make small adjustments, testing the door alignment after each turn. Continue adjusting the hinges until the door is properly aligned with the shelves.
4. Once the door is positioned correctly, tighten the hinge screws/knobs to secure the adjustment.
