Adjustable hinges allow you to adjust the door horizontally and vertically.
The shelves are adjustable so you can customize your storage as needed.
Two drawers make it easy to keep your belongings organized. The shelves behind the doors give you even more storage space.

Answered on Feb 10, 2024To attach the shelves to the BESTÅ storage frame, follow these steps:
1. Identify the shelf pins that came with the product. These are small metal pegs that will hold the shelves in place.
2. Locate the pre-drilled holes along the sides of the frame where the shelf pins will be inserted.
3. Gently push the shelf pins into the holes, making sure they are securely in place.
4. Place the shelves on top of the shelf pins. The shelves should rest evenly on the pins.
5. If needed, you can adjust the height of the shelves by repositioning the shelf pins in the different sets of holes.
6. Once the shelves are in the desired positions, your BESTÅ storage combination is ready to be filled and organized.
If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend checking the instruction manual again or reaching out to IKEA customer service for additional guidance. They should be able to provide more detailed assembly support

Posted on Nov 19, 2023I am having trouble assembling the Besta storage combination. The drawer runners are not fitting into the side panels correctly. How do I ensure that they are properly aligned and seated?
Alice @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Nov 21, 2023To ensure the drawer runners are properly aligned and seated, here are the steps to follow:
1. Carefully read through the assembly instructions again to verify you are installing the drawer runners correctly.
2. Make sure the side panels are properly aligned and secured in place before attempting to install the drawer runners.
3. Gently insert the drawer runners into the designated slots on the side panels, ensuring they click into place securely.
4. Check that the runners are level and evenly spaced on both sides.
5. If the runners still do not seem to fit properly, try slightly adjusting the position of the side panels to create the right amount of clearance.
6. Once the runners are in place, test the drawers by sliding them in and out to ensure smooth operation.
If you continue to have issues, double-check all the hardware and fittings to make sure nothing is missing or damaged. Refer back to the instructions as needed
