Can I adjust the shelves vertically as well, or only horizontally?
How sturdy are the drawers and shelves? Can they hold the maximum recommended weight without sagging or collapsing?

Answered on Sep 03, 2023To ensure proper door alignment during assembly of the BESTÅ storage combination:
1. Make sure the frame is level and square before attaching the doors. Use a spirit level to check.
2. Carefully follow the assembly instructions for the door hinges. Properly installing the hinges is key for getting the doors to align correctly.
3. Adjust the hinge screws as needed to fine-tune the door positioning. The hinges allow for horizontal and vertical adjustments.
4. When tightening screws, use the appropriate screwdriver bit size and apply moderate pressure. Avoid over-tightening which can strip the screw holes. You can also try using a power drill on a low torque setting.
