The drawers have integrated push-openers so that you can open them with just a light push.
Two drawers make it easy to keep your belongings organized. The shelves behind the doors give you even more storage space.
The shelves are adjustable so you can customize your storage as needed.
The height of the furniture allows the top to be used as a display surface.
The legs raise your BESTÅ combination from the floor, giving it a light airy look and making it easy to clean the floor underneath.
Go ahead and put things aside for a while! A sideboard combination gives you plenty of space to store things and a surface to create an attractive display - or to unload serving dishes while you eat.

Posted on Nov 24, 2023Can I use this BESTÅ combination unit as a kitchen island? It seems like it would be perfect for that purpose, but I want to make sure the legs are sturdy enough to support the weight of heavy appliances or food items.

Answered on Nov 26, 2023The BESTÅ storage combination is not designed to be used as a kitchen island. While it has a suitable size and surface area, the legs are not sturdy enough to support the weight of heavy appliances or food items. The BESTÅ series is intended for living room, bedroom or hallway storage, not for kitchen use where it would need to withstand greater weight and potential spills. I would not recommend using this particular BESTÅ unit as a kitchen island, as it could become unstable or damaged over time. For a kitchen island, you would need a more robust and durable piece of furniture designed specifically for that purpose

Posted on Mar 19, 2023How do I adjust the shelves? Are there any specific tools or instructions required to move them up or down?

Answered on Mar 21, 2023To adjust the shelves in the BESTÅ storage combination, follow these steps:
1. Locate the shelf pins that are holding the shelves in place. These are small plastic or metal pins that fit into holes on the side panels.
2. Gently pull out the shelf pins to release the shelf. You may need to use a flathead screwdriver or your fingers to carefully pry them out.
3. Once the shelf is free, you can reposition it at the desired height by aligning the shelf pins with the corresponding holes on the side panels.
4. Firmly push the shelf pins back into place to secure the shelf. Make sure the shelf is level and stable.
No special tools are required to adjust the shelves. Just use your hands or a small flathead screwdriver if needed to remove and reposition the shelf pins. Take care not to force the pins as they can break if handled roughly
