Is there a specific way to adjust or position them for optimal use?

Answered on Sep 02, 2023To ensure the stools stay stable on the STRANDÖN folding table surface, here are a few tips:
First, make sure the table is placed on a level surface. An uneven surface can cause the stools to wobble. Adjust the table legs if needed to level it out.
Next, check that the stools are properly positioned on the table. The stools should be centered on the table top, with the legs aligned with the table's legs. This will help distribute the weight evenly.
If the stools still feel unstable, you can try adjusting the leveling glides on the bottom of the stool legs. Gently turn the glides to raise or lower the legs until the stool feels secure on the table.
Lastly, avoid placing the stools too close to the table edge, as this can make them more prone to tipping. Position the stools a few inches in from the table's edge for maximum stability.
With a little adjustment, you should be able to get the STRANDÖN stools securely positioned on the table for comfortable and stable use

Posted on Sep 10, 2022I was wondering if there is any way to extend the table length or add an extension leaf to make it longer. I love the design and functionality of this table, but sometimes I need a bit more space for larger gatherings.

Answered on Sep 12, 2022Unfortunately, this STRANDÖN folding table set does not have any extension options to make the table longer. The table top is a fixed size of 27 1/2" (70 cm) in length. There is no way to add an extension leaf or otherwise increase the length of the table. The compact, folding design of this table is intentional to make it easy to transport and store when not in use. If you need a larger table for larger gatherings, you may want to consider a different IKEA outdoor table model that offers extension capabilities. The TÄRNÖ or FALSTER table series are good alternatives that allow you to add leaves to increase the overall table size
