Posted on Oct 07, 2023I just set up my Läckö loveseat and I'm having trouble getting the cushions to stay in place. Are the cushions supposed to be removable? If so, how do I attach them securely?

Answered on Oct 09, 2023The cushions for the LÄCKÖ Loveseat are designed to be removable. To attach them securely, there are small velcro strips on the underside of the cushions that should adhere to the metal frame of the loveseat. Simply press the cushions firmly onto the frame and the velcro will hold them in place. Make sure to align the cushions properly before pressing down so they stay centered and in the correct position. With the velcro attachment, the cushions should stay securely in place once properly positioned on the loveseat frame

Posted on Jul 04, 2023I'm having some issues with the loveseat's legs. They seem to be a bit loose and are shifting around when I sit on it. Is there a way to tighten them or is this a normal characteristic of the product?

Answered on Jul 06, 2023The loose legs on your LÄCKÖ loveseat are not a normal characteristic of the product. This indicates an issue that can likely be resolved. To tighten the legs:
1. Carefully turn the loveseat over, supporting the frame to prevent damage.
2. Locate the bolts or screws attaching the legs to the frame.
3. Use the appropriate tool (wrench, screwdriver) to tighten these connections securely.
4. Once all legs are firmly attached, carefully return the loveseat to its upright position.
