Posted on Jan 20, 2023I just got my Segerön table and armchairs set, but I'm having trouble securing the seat cushion to the chair. The elastic strap keeps popping out of the loop. Is there a trick to keep it in place?

Answered on Jan 22, 2023To keep the seat cushion securely in place, make sure you fully insert the plastic pin through the loop on the cushion cover. The pin should click into place and hold the elastic strap firmly. If the pin keeps popping out, you may need to adjust the fit or ensure the loop is positioned correctly on the chair. Double-checking that the pin is fully secured should resolve the issue with the cushion staying in place
