Posted on Apr 30, 2023I love the design and concept of this outdoor furniture set, but I'm concerned about the durability of the fabric on the chair. How does it hold up in harsh weather conditions, such as heavy rain or direct sunlight? Is there a way to clean or maintain the fabric to ensure its longevity?

Answered on May 02, 2023The ASKHOLMEN outdoor furniture series is designed to be durable and weather-resistant. The fabric used on the chair cushion is fade-resistant, meaning it is made to withstand exposure to direct sunlight without significant fading or deterioration.
For cleaning and maintenance, the fabric can be wiped down with a damp cloth or mild soap and water solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these could damage the fabric. If the cushion becomes soiled or stained, you can remove the cover and machine wash it on a gentle cycle.
To help prolong the life of the fabric, it's best to store the furniture indoors or under cover when not in use, especially during heavy rain or severe weather conditions. This will protect the fabric from excessive moisture and UV exposure. With proper care and storage, the ASKHOLMEN chair cushion should maintain its look and comfort for many seasons of outdoor use
