Answered on Feb 16, 2024The TROFAST storage combination with boxes is designed for easy assembly and attachment of the boxes to the frame. It is a simple snap-on process:
1. Align the boxes with the guide rails on the TROFAST frame.
2. Gently push the boxes into the guide rails until they click into place.
3. The boxes should now be securely attached to the frame without any screws or additional hardware required.
The snap-on design allows you to easily rearrange the boxes and shelves as needed to suit your storage requirements. You can also remove and reattach the boxes as necessary

Posted on Jan 21, 2023I have a Trofast storage combination with boxes and I'm having trouble getting the shelves to stay in place. The guide rails don't seem to be doing their job. Have you had any issues like this? Is there a trick to making them stay put?

Answered on Jan 23, 2023The guide rails on the TROFAST storage combination are designed to allow you to easily adjust the placement of the shelves. If the shelves are not staying in place, there are a few things you can try:
1. Ensure the guide rails are properly installed and secured to the frame. They should be level and firmly attached.
2. Check that the shelves are sitting properly in the guide rails. They should click into place and not be able to slide out easily.
3. Try adjusting the tension of the guide rails. There are small screws or clips that allow you to tighten or loosen the grip on the shelves.
4. If the shelves still won't stay put, you can try adding small pieces of adhesive-backed felt or rubber bumpers to the guide rails to create more friction and hold the shelves in place.
