Answered on Oct 13, 2023To secure the shelves on the Trofast frame's guide rails:
1. Ensure the guide rails are properly installed and aligned on the frame. They should be level and firmly in place.
2. When placing the shelves, make sure they are positioned correctly on the guide rails. The shelves have notches that should fit snugly over the rails.
3. Apply gentle pressure downward on the shelf to click it securely into the guide rails. You may need to apply a bit more force to get it to lock into place.
4. If the shelf still feels loose, you can try adding plastic clips or stops (sold separately) onto the guide rails to help hold the shelf in position.
5. Double-check that the shelf is stable and does not wobble once installed. Make any necessary adjustments to get a secure fit.
With a little trial and error, you should be able to get the Trofast shelves properly secured on the guide rails. Let me know if you have any other questions
