Answered on Apr 08, 2024Yes, the KALLAX shelf unit can be disassembled for moving or storage. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Remove all items from the shelves.
2. Unscrew the screws that attach the shelves to the frame using a screwdriver.
3. Detach the shelves from the frame.
4. Unscrew the screws that hold the frame together.
5. Carefully disassemble the frame into its individual components.
6. Make sure to keep all screws and hardware organized so you can reassemble the unit easily.
7. For reassembly, simply reverse the disassembly steps, making sure to tighten all screws securely.
