I'm interested in purchasing the VOXLÖV Chair, light bamboo. However, I'd like to know if it's possible to adjust the seat height or armrests?

Can I purchase replacement paper twine for my VOXLÖV Chair if the current one gets damaged or worn out? If so, where can I get it from and what is the process to replace it?

Unfortunately, IKEA does not sell replacement paper twine for the VOXLÖV Chair. The paper twine weaving is an integral part of the chair's design and construction, so it's not meant to be replaced by the user. If the paper twine on your VOXLÖV Chair becomes significantly damaged or worn out over time, your best option would be to contact IKEA customer service to inquire about repair or replacement options. They may be able to provide guidance on having the chair serviced by an authorized IKEA repair center. Otherwise, you would likely need to purchase a new VOXLÖV Chair if the existing one is no longer in usable condition
