Posted on Jan 11, 2024I have the Ebba chair, but one of the pockets on the back is not stitching properly and coming undone. Is there a way to fix or replace this pocket?

Answered on Jan 13, 2024To fix the pocket issue on your EBBALYCKE chair, you can try the following:
The pocket is likely coming undone due to wear and tear or improper stitching. First, check if the pocket can be reattached by resewing it. Use a needle and thread that matches the existing stitching on the pocket. Carefully sew around the edges to secure the pocket back in place.
If the pocket is too damaged to be resewn, you can try replacing it. IKEA sells replacement parts for many of their products. Contact IKEA customer service and explain the issue with your chair's pocket. They may be able to send you a replacement pocket piece that you can easily swap in.
Be sure to follow any instructions provided by IKEA on how to properly remove and install the new pocket piece. With a little DIY effort, you should be able to get your EBBALYCKE chair's pocket functioning properly again
