However, I've noticed that the seat is starting to show some signs of wear and tear. Are there any cleaning instructions or recommendations you can provide for maintaining the upholstery?

Answered on Oct 03, 2023To maintain the upholstery on your GRÅSALA chair, we recommend the following:
Vacuum the chair regularly to remove any loose dirt or debris. Use the upholstery attachment on your vacuum cleaner for best results.
For spot cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution. Dip a clean cloth into the solution, wring it out so it's just damp, and gently blot any stained areas. Avoid rubbing, as this can damage the fabric.
For deeper cleaning, you can use an upholstery cleaner specifically designed for fabric chairs. Test the cleaner in an inconspicuous area first to ensure it doesn't discolor or damage the fabric. Follow the instructions on the cleaner carefully.
Allow the chair to air dry completely before use. Avoid using heat or direct sunlight, as this can cause the fabric to shrink or fade over time.
