Posted on Aug 13, 2023I recently purchased the Lidkullen sit/stand support and I'm having trouble getting it to stay upright while standing. It seems like it's leaning forward slightly, which is making it difficult for me to maintain a comfortable posture. Have you heard of this issue before? Are there any adjustments or tweaks that can be made to the product to resolve this problem?

Answered on Aug 15, 2023The issue you're experiencing with the LIDKULLEN sit/stand support leaning forward slightly is likely due to the tension adjustment. There is a knob or lever on the base of the seat that controls the tension and resistance of the mechanism that allows the seat to move. Try tightening this adjustment to increase the resistance and keep the seat more upright while standing. You may need to experiment a bit to find the right tension setting that provides enough support without feeling overly stiff. Ensuring the base is level on the floor can also help maintain a stable upright position. With a bit of fine-tuning, you should be able to get the LIDKULLEN set up to provide the active, comfortable seating experience it's designed for

However, I'm having some issues with the fabric cover becoming loose over time. Is there a specific way to tighten or reattach the cover to prevent further loosening?

Answered on Apr 23, 2023The fabric cover on the LIDKULLEN sit/stand support can become loose over time due to regular use. To tighten and reattach the cover, follow these steps:
1. Unzip the cover completely and remove it from the seat.
2. Inspect the cover and locate any areas where the elastic band or drawstring may have become stretched out.
3. Carefully pull the elastic band or drawstring tighter to remove any slack.
4. Reattach the cover to the seat, making sure to evenly distribute the fabric and secure the elastic band or drawstring.
5. Zip up the cover completely.
