The contact surfaces are covered with GRANN – a soft, smooth and strong grain leather with natural variations. Other surfaces have BOMSTAD, a coated fabric that has a similar look and feel to leather.

I would like to request a replacement part for the STRANDMON Wing chair, specifically the BOMSTAD coated fabric that covers the armrests. I noticed that it has started to wear off and lose its texture. Can you please guide me on how to obtain this replacement part or provide more information about the warranty terms?
