I recently purchased the POÄNG armchair and I'm very happy with it. However, the seat cushion is not as firm as I would like it to be. Is there a way to adjust or replace the cushion to make it more supportive?

I recently purchased the POÄNG armchair and I'm having trouble removing the cover. Is it possible to wash the cover, and if so, what's the best way to do it?

I recently purchased the POÄNG armchair and I'm having trouble removing the cover.
Is there a specific technique or tool recommended to take it off without damaging the fabric?

To remove the cover on the POÄNG armchair without damaging the fabric, follow these steps:

1. Locate the zipper on the underside of the seat cushion. Carefully unzip the zipper to detach the cover.

2. Gently pull the cover away from the frame, starting at the bottom and working your way up. Be careful not to pull too hard, as this could stretch or tear the fabric.

3. If the cover is secured with any snaps or velcro, carefully detach those as well to fully remove the cover.

4. Once the cover is off, you can machine wash it according to the care instructions on the label. Make sure to zip the cover back up before washing to prevent any damage.

5. When putting the cover back on, align it carefully and gently pull it over the frame, fastening any snaps or velcro as you go. Zip up the cover to secure it in place.

Take your time and work slowly to avoid any rips or tears in the fabric. Let me know if you have any other questions
