I have the Poäng armchair with the birch veneer frame and Skiftebo dark gray seat cushion. Over time, some of the dark gray fabric has started to fade and become lighter in color. Is it possible to replace the seat cushion or get a new one that matches the original color?

The POÄNG armchair seat cushion is designed to be removable and replaceable. You can purchase a replacement seat cushion in the Skiftebo dark gray color to match your existing chair frame. The replacement cushions are available for purchase through IKEA, either in-store or online. When ordering a replacement, make sure to check the product dimensions to ensure it will fit your specific POÄNG armchair model. With the removable cushion design, you can easily swap out the faded cushion for a new one to restore the original look of your chair
