Posted on Feb 12, 2023I recently purchased the POÄNG Armchair and Ottoman set, but I'm having trouble with the cushions getting flat and losing their shape. How can I fluff or re-tuft the cushions to restore their original appearance?

Answered on Feb 14, 2023To help restore the shape and plushness of the POÄNG armchair and ottoman cushions, try the following:
1. Fluff the cushions regularly by hand. Gently massage and knead the cushions to redistribute the filling and revive the tufted design.
2. Air the cushions out in direct sunlight for a few hours. The heat and air circulation can help revive the cushion fill.
3. Use a handheld upholstery vacuum attachment to lightly suction the cushions. This can help lift and fluff the cushion fibers.
4. If the cushions have become significantly flattened, you may need to remove the covers and add additional polyester fiber fill to plump them back up. Be careful not to overstuff.
5. Rotate and flip the cushions periodically to ensure even wear and distribution of the fill.
With some light maintenance, you should be able to keep your POÄNG cushions looking fresh and plush for years to come
