Posted on Mar 19, 2023I recently purchased the Flinshult armchair and I'm having trouble with the armrests. They seem to be loose and are falling off when I sit down. Is there a way to tighten them or is there a specific screw/bolt that needs to be replaced?

Answered on Mar 21, 2023The issue with the loose armrests on your FLINSHULT armchair can likely be resolved by tightening the screws that secure the armrests to the chair frame. Here are the steps to fix this:
1. Locate the screws underneath the armrests that connect them to the chair frame. There should be 2-4 screws per armrest.
2. Using a screwdriver, tighten these screws firmly to secure the armrests in place. Be careful not to overtighten as this could strip the screw holes.
3. Once the screws are tightened, test the armrests by applying some pressure to ensure they are now stable and not loose.
If tightening the existing screws does not resolve the issue, you may need to replace the screws.
