I'm having some trouble with the armrests on my Morabo armchair. They keep sliding down and I have to adjust them every time I sit down. Is there a way to tighten or secure them in place so they don't move around?

To tighten and secure the armrests on your MORABO armchair, you can try the following steps:

1. Locate the screws or bolts that attach the armrests to the chair frame. These are usually located underneath the seat or at the base of the armrests.

2. Using the appropriate tool (usually a screwdriver or Allen wrench), tighten the screws or bolts firmly to ensure the armrests are securely attached.

3. If the armrests are still loose, you can try adding small washers or spacers between the armrest and the chair frame to create a tighter fit.

4. Ensure all the screws or bolts are tightened evenly on both armrests to maintain a balanced and stable connection.

5. Test the armrests by applying some pressure to ensure they are now firmly in place and do not slide down when you sit down.

If the issue persists, you may need to consult the product manual or contact IKEA customer service for further assistance

To remove the armrests on the MORABO armchair, you'll need to first locate the screws on the underside of the chair frame. These screws secure the armrests in place.

If the screws are not coming loose, try the following:

1. Ensure you are using the correct screwdriver size and type to loosen the screws. Double-check that they are not stripped.

2. Apply a small amount of penetrating oil or lubricant around the screw heads and let it sit for a few minutes to help loosen them.

3. Try gently tapping the screw heads with a small hammer to help break them free if they are stuck.

4. If the screws still won't budge, you may need to carefully drill out the screw heads to remove the armrests. Be very cautious when doing this to avoid damaging the chair frame.

Take your time and work slowly and carefully. If you continue to have trouble, you may want to consider contacting IKEA customer service for further assistance
