I am looking for a chair with good back support, and the Eldberget/Malskär Swivel Chair seems to fit the bill. However, I have some concerns about the durability of the casters. Can you confirm whether they are made of plastic or metal?

How do I adjust the seat height of this chair? It seems like it's stuck and won't move up or down.

To adjust the seat height of the ELDBERGET / MALSKÄR swivel chair, follow these steps:

1. Locate the lever or button underneath the seat that controls the height adjustment. This is usually a lever on the right side of the chair when seated.
2. While seated, firmly grasp the lever and pull it upwards. This will release the gas lift mechanism and allow you to raise or lower the seat to the desired height.
3. Once the seat is at the desired level, release the lever. The gas lift will lock the seat in place at the new height.
4. If the lever feels stuck or the seat won't move, check that there are no obstructions underneath the chair preventing the height adjustment from working properly.

If you continue to have issues adjusting the seat height, the gas lift mechanism may need to be replaced. Please let me know if you have any other questions

Can I adjust the armrests on this chair?
If so, how do I do it?

Unfortunately, the ELDBERGET / MALSKÄR swivel chair does not have adjustable armrests. The chair is designed with a fixed armrest that is not meant to be adjusted. The key features of this chair are the adjustable seat height, the curved backrest for lumbar support, and the casters with a brake mechanism. While the armrests are not adjustable, the overall ergonomic design of the chair is intended to provide comfort and support during prolonged use at a desk or workstation

Can I use the Eldberget/Malskär chair in a bathroom or kitchen? It seems like it's designed for a dry, clean environment. Would the casters and materials hold up to moisture and potential spills?
