I purchased the Eldberget/Malskär swivel chair, but the seat height adjustment mechanism is broken and it's difficult to move. Can I get a replacement or repair for this part?

The seat height adjustment mechanism on your ELDBERGET / MALSKÄR swivel chair can be replaced. IKEA sells replacement parts for their products, including the gas lift mechanism that controls the seat height adjustment. You can contact IKEA customer service to order a replacement part. They may be able to provide instructions on how to properly install the new gas lift mechanism as well. With a replacement part, you should be able to easily adjust the seat height of your chair once again
