I've noticed that the armrests on my HATTEFJÄLL office chair are slightly uneven, with one being a bit higher than the other. Is there a way to adjust or level them out?

The HATTEFJÄLL office chair has height and width adjustable armrests that can be adjusted to achieve an even and comfortable position. To level out the armrests, you can try the following steps:

1. Locate the adjustment buttons or levers on the underside of the armrests.
2. Press and hold the adjustment button or lever on the taller armrest, then gently push down on the armrest to lower it to the desired height.
3. Repeat the process on the shorter armrest, this time gently pulling up on the armrest to raise it to match the height of the other one.
4. Ensure both armrests are at the same height and locked in place.
5. Test the armrests by applying gentle pressure to confirm they are level and secure.

I've been using this chair for a while now, and I'm having some issues with the armrests. They're always falling off and it's really frustrating. Is there something wrong with my chair or is this a common problem? And are there any adjustments I can make to fix this issue?
