I recently purchased the POÄNG ottoman in brown/Skiftebo dark gray and I love it! However, after a few months of use, I noticed that the fabric on top is starting to fray and peel off.
Is there any way to repair or replace this part?

I'm having trouble attaching the ottoman to my POÄNG chair, as it doesn't seem to fit properly. Are there any specific instructions or guidelines for attaching the ottoman that I may have missed?

The POÄNG ottoman is designed to be a separate piece that can be used with the POÄNG chair, but it does not directly attach to the chair. Instead, the ottoman is meant to be placed in front of the chair to provide additional seating or as a footrest. Ensure that the dimensions of the ottoman match the chair and that you have positioned it correctly in front of the chair. If you are still having trouble, double-check that all the components are the correct size and that there are no missing or damaged parts. With the right placement, the POÄNG ottoman should complement the chair nicely

I purchased the POÄNG ottoman in brown/Skiftebo dark gray, but it seems to have a slight scratch on the surface. Is there a way to remove the scratch or is it possible to get a replacement?
