Posted on Mar 08, 2023I have a UPPLAND Cover for armchair, Hillared dark blue, but I'm having trouble putting it back on after washing. The zipper seems stuck and I can't get the cover to fit properly. Do you have any tips or tricks to help me put the cover back on without damaging it?

Answered on Mar 10, 2023To put the UPPLAND cover back on your armchair after washing, first ensure the zipper is fully unzipped. Gently work the cover over the frame, starting at the bottom and smoothing it up over the sides and back. Make sure there are no wrinkles or bunching as you pull the cover into place. If the zipper is still sticking, try lubricating it with a zipper lubricant or a small amount of beeswax. Avoid forcing the zipper, as this could damage it. Once the cover is in position, slowly zip it up, being careful not to catch any fabric in the zipper teeth. With a little patience, you should be able to get the cover back on securely without any issues

Answered on Dec 21, 2022To remove the old UPPLAND cover from your armchair without damaging it, follow these steps:
1. Locate the zipper on the underside of the cover. Fully unzip the zipper to detach the cover.
2. Gently pull the cover away from the armchair frame, starting from the bottom and working your way up. The cover may be secured with velcro or elastic, so take care when removing it.
3. If the cover is still difficult to remove, try gently loosening it by working your fingers between the cover and the frame, being careful not to tear the fabric.
4. Once the cover is fully detached, inspect it for any damage and clean it according to the care instructions before reattaching or replacing it.
Take your time and work slowly to avoid ripping the fabric. With a little patience, you should be able to remove the old cover safely
