Part of the Nytillverkad collection where several IKEA classics have been given a new look.

This cushion set goes with ÖNNESTAD armchair frame and was described as "extra-soft cushions" when the GOGO series was launched in the 1972 catalogue. Designers: Charlotte Rude and Hjördis Olsson-Une.

In 1972, we used standard steel for the frame’s tubes, but the tubes are made of high-strength steel in this updated version, which cuts material consumption in half.

Our 1972 catalogue had the GOGO series as “fun-shaped tubes with extra-soft cushions". Named ÖNNESTAD in the Nytillverkad collection, the armchair and cushions are by Charlotte Rude and Hjördis Olsson-Une.

I recently purchased the ÖNNESTAD armchair and cushion set. However, I noticed that one of the cushions is slightly smaller than the others.
Is there a way to adjust or replace the cushion to ensure they all match in size?

I'm looking to replace the cushion set for my ÖNNESTAD armchair. Can I purchase the replacement cushions separately or do they only come with a new frame?

The replacement cushions for the ÖNNESTAD armchair can be purchased separately. The cushion set is a separate component from the armchair frame, so you do not need to buy a new frame in order to get replacement cushions. You can simply order the cushion set on its own to update the upholstery on your existing ÖNNESTAD armchair
