Answered on Oct 25, 2022To ensure a proper fit for the UPPLAND cover on your Hillared beige armchair, try the following:
1. Thoroughly inspect the cover and the armchair before attempting to put it on. Make sure there are no hidden creases or folds in the cover fabric.
2. Start by placing the cover over the backrest of the chair, aligning the top edges carefully. Gently pull and tuck the cover over the sides and seat, working your way around the chair.
3. For the corners, grasp the fabric firmly and stretch it over the chair's edges, smoothing out any bunching or wrinkles as you go. You may need to adjust the tension a few times to get a clean, tailored look.
4. If you're still having trouble with the fit, try dampening the cover lightly with a spray bottle before putting it on. The damp fabric may be more pliable and easier to stretch into place.
