I have assembled the Hauga glass-door cabinet, but when I opened the door, it seems to be slightly misaligned. How do I adjust the hinges so that the door opens and closes smoothly and evenly?

To adjust the hinges on the Hauga glass-door cabinet so the door opens and closes smoothly and evenly:

1. Locate the two hinge screws on each hinge plate attached to the cabinet frame.
2. Using a screwdriver, slightly loosen the screws, but do not remove them completely.
3. Gently push or pull the door panel to align it properly within the frame opening.
4. Once the door is aligned, tighten the hinge screws back up to secure the door in place.
5. Open and close the door to check the alignment. Repeat steps 2-4 as needed until the door operates smoothly.

The key is making small adjustments to the hinge screws to shift the door panel into the correct position within the frame. Take your time and make incremental changes until you achieve the desired fit and function

I recently assembled the Hauga glass-door cabinet and everything seems to be in order, except for one issue. The sliding doors do not slide smoothly anymore. They feel stuck or catch every time I try to open them. Have you experienced this problem before? Are there any specific steps I can take to troubleshoot or fix the issue?

The sliding doors not moving smoothly is a common issue that can occur with the HAUGA glass-door cabinet. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and fix the problem:

1. Check the door tracks: Ensure the door tracks are free of any debris or obstructions that could be causing the doors to catch. Gently wipe down the tracks with a clean, dry cloth.

2. Adjust the door hinges: The door hinges may need to be adjusted if the doors are not aligned properly. Use a screwdriver to slightly loosen the hinge screws, adjust the door position, then retighten the screws.

3. Lubricate the moving parts: Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the door tracks and hinges. This will help reduce friction and allow the doors to slide more smoothly.

4. Ensure the cabinet is level: If the cabinet is not level, it can cause the doors to bind. Use a spirit level to check the cabinet's alignment and adjust the leveling feet as needed.

Following these steps should help resolve the issue with the sliding doors. Let me know if you have any other questions
