Posted on Aug 04, 2023I have a Besta Burs TV unit, and I'm trying to remove the drawer box from it, but it's stuck. How do I release the drawer from the TV unit?

Answered on Aug 06, 2023To remove the drawer box from the BESTÅ BURS TV unit, follow these steps:
1. Fully extend the drawer out until it stops.
2. Locate the small plastic release tabs on the inside of the drawer rails.
3. While holding the drawer, gently press down on the release tabs one at a time to disengage the drawer box.
4. Once both release tabs are pressed, you can carefully pull the drawer box out of the unit.
Be gentle when pressing the release tabs to avoid damaging them. If the drawer is still stuck, double-check that both release tabs have been fully depressed before trying to remove the drawer again

Is there any adjustment or trick to get them aligned correctly?

Posted on Dec 28, 2022I'd like to know if the drawers can be adjusted in terms of height or depth, as I have a slightly thicker TV that may not fit perfectly without some adjustments. Can the drawer shelves be customized to accommodate my specific needs?

Answered on Dec 30, 2022The drawers on the BESTÅ BURS TV unit cannot be adjusted in terms of height or depth. The dimensions of the drawers are fixed and cannot be customized to accommodate a thicker TV. The maximum TV weight capacity is 66 lb (30 kg), so as long as your TV fits within those dimensions and weight limits, it should work with this TV unit. However, if your TV is significantly thicker than the standard depth of 16 1/8", it may not fit properly without some modifications. In that case, you may need to consider a different TV unit that offers more flexibility in adjusting the drawer dimensions
