Posted on Aug 25, 2023I have a BESTÅ drawer frame, but I'm having trouble closing the drawers smoothly. The drawers tend to stick or get jammed. Are there any tips on how to lubricate the runners or adjust the drawer slides to make it easier to open and close them?

Answered on Aug 27, 2023To help the drawers on your BESTÅ frame close smoothly, first check that the drawers are properly aligned and the slides are not obstructed. Gently pull the drawer all the way out, then push it back in to ensure it's sliding freely. If it still sticks, try lubricating the slides with a small amount of silicone-based furniture polish or lubricant. Avoid using oil-based products as they can attract dust and dirt. You can also try adjusting the tension on the drawer slides by tightening or loosening the screws that attach the slides to the frame. This can help reduce any binding or sticking. With a little adjustment, you should be able to get your BESTÅ drawers operating smoothly again
