Posted on Nov 26, 2023I'm having trouble opening the Mörtvik door. The handle is stuck and it won't budge. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

Posted on Jan 16, 2023I purchased the MORTVIKEN door, but I'm having trouble installing it. The screw holes don't seem to match my wall. Can you provide instructions or guidance on how to adjust the screws or attach the door to a different type of wall?
