Answered on Dec 10, 2023To add an additional shelf above the existing shelves on your BESTÅ TV storage combination, you can purchase the BESTÅ shelf separately. The BESTÅ shelf is designed to be compatible with the BESTÅ system and can be easily installed.
I would recommend using the BESTÅ shelf (40x20 cm) that is available in the same color as your existing BESTÅ unit. The product code for the shelf is XX-XXXXX. You can find detailed installation instructions in the BESTÅ shelf product manual.
The key steps would be:
1. Measure the space where you want to add the extra shelf.
2. Attach the shelf brackets to the side panels at the desired height.
3. Place the shelf on the brackets and secure it in place.

1. Locate the leg pieces and the base of the unit. The legs should have pre-drilled holes that align with the holes on the underside of the base.
2. Insert the legs into the corresponding holes on the base, making sure they are fully seated.
3. Secure the legs to the base using the screws or bolts provided in the hardware pack. Tighten them firmly but do not overtighten.
