Posted on Feb 09, 2023How do I attach the supporting leg to my BESTÅ combination?
Are there any specific instructions or screws provided with the product?
Kenzo @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Feb 11, 2023To attach the BESTÅ supporting leg, first locate the pre-drilled holes on the underside of your BESTÅ combination. Insert the threaded end of the supporting leg into the hole and turn it clockwise to tighten. Make sure the leg is securely fastened. The supporting leg should come with all necessary screws and hardware for installation. Follow any additional instructions provided with the leg to ensure a proper and stable fit

Posted on Dec 04, 2022I have a Besta storage unit and I want to use the supporting leg but it seems like there is no space for the screw head as the surface is too smooth. How do you secure this leg to the surface of my storage unit?

Answered on Dec 06, 2022The supporting leg is designed to be secured directly to the underside of the BESTÅ unit. To install it, you'll need to create a small recess or cavity in the underside surface of the BESTÅ to accommodate the screw head.
You can do this by using a drill bit slightly larger than the screw diameter and carefully drilling a shallow hole just deep enough for the screw head to sit flush with the surface. This will provide the necessary clearance to fully secure the supporting leg.
Make sure to drill the hole in the correct location, following the installation instructions. With the recess created, you should then be able to easily attach the supporting leg and get a stable, secure installation
