I've assembled the Bestå shelf unit with doors, but I'm having trouble closing one of the doors properly. It's like it gets stuck halfway and won't shut all the way. Is there a trick to getting it to close smoothly or should I contact IKEA customer service?

The issue with the door not closing smoothly is likely due to a minor adjustment needed on the door hinges. First, check that all the screws on the hinges are tightened properly.
