Posted on Mar 15, 2024I've just installed my new Bestå wall cabinet with Hedeviken oak veneer and I love it! However, the doors are a bit tricky to open. How do I adjust the hinges to make them easier to open?

Answered on Mar 17, 2024The doors can be adjusted horizontally and vertically using the adjustable hinges. To make the doors easier to open:
1. Locate the adjustment screws on the hinges. There are typically two screws per hinge.
2. Using a screwdriver, turn the adjustment screws clockwise to move the door outwards, making it easier to grip and open.
3. You can also adjust the vertical position of the door by turning the screws that connect the hinge to the cabinet frame.
4. Make small adjustments and test the door opening after each adjustment until you achieve the desired ease of operation.
Remember to only make minor adjustments at a time to avoid over-adjusting the doors. With a few simple hinge adjustments, you can optimize the door opening experience on your new BESTÅ wall cabinet
