Answered on Apr 06, 2023Yes, the metal legs on the EKET storage combination can be removed or replaced if needed. The legs are attached to the bottom of the unit using screws, so you can easily unscrew them and take them off. If you want to replace the legs, you can purchase replacement legs from IKEA that are compatible with the EKET series. This allows you to customize the look and height of your storage unit to fit your space

Answered on Dec 22, 2022The metal legs of the EKET storage combination can support a maximum weight capacity of 110 lbs (50 kg). This should be sufficient to hold a medium-sized TV or other storage items on top of the EKET unit, as long as the total weight does not exceed the maximum load capacity. It's important to evenly distribute the weight across the unit and not overload the legs beyond their rated capacity

Answered on Dec 16, 2022The EKET storage combination can be attached to the wall without the legs. The metal legs are optional and can be removed if you want to mount the unit directly on the wall. This will provide a more streamlined, wall-mounted look and free up floor space underneath. To mount it on the wall, you'll need to use the wall fasteners included in the packaging to securely attach the unit to the wall. This will ensure it's safely and properly installed. The wall-mounted version will have a more minimalist, floating appearance compared to the freestanding version with the legs
